Chlorhexidine Gluconate Solution I.P	20% V/V
Chlorhexidine Gluconate	04% W/V

Indication

• Broad spectrum microbicidal hand wash for immediate & persistent effect against normal & contaminant organisms.
• Effective against GM +vs & GM –ve bacteria, fungi protozoa, yeasts, spores & viruses.

Applications

• For scrubbing the patient.
• As a surgical hand wash where prolonged & persistent microbicidal effect is required.

Direction for Use

• To be applied pre – operatively on hand, up to forearms
• Wet the hands and scrub vigorously for 2 – 3 minutes
• Wipe with sterile towel after 5 minutes.
